As an experienced (SFR) Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource through the California Association of Realtors®, I have been specifically trained to advise property owners in distress. Through my years of negotiating short sales, I have become an expert on helping homeowners stay in their homes longer while helping them renegotiate the terms of the loan or short sale and have the debt forgiven altogether. My advice comes at NO COST to you and in fact, I have negotiated relocation packages of up to $12,500 on past short sales! I am also a Certified HAFA Specialist and I understand the benefits and disadvantages of the various government and lender programs. I have had a 100% success ratio for the last 5 years on the short sales I have attempted because I understand the complexities of the process and how to properly structure the sales for all of the different banks.
